Is the Guest List Tracker free?

Yes. The Guest List Tracker is completely free with no sign-up, no ads, and no limits. Everything runs in your browser and your list is saved on your own device.

How is the attending headcount calculated?

The attending headcount adds up the party size of every guest you have marked as attending, so plus-ones and family groups are all counted. Guests marked declined, maybe, or awaiting reply are not included in the headcount.

How is the response rate calculated?

The response rate is the share of guests who have replied yes, no, or maybe, divided by the total number of guests on your list. Guests still awaiting a reply are not counted as responded.

Is my guest list saved?

Your list is saved automatically in your browser using local storage, so it is still there when you come back on the same device. Nothing is sent to a server, and you can clear the whole list at any time.
