The count changes as replies arrive
Your guest list and headcount update as each reply lands. There is no sync step, no export, and no waiting for a nightly digest to tell you where you stand.
You can see who has not replied, by name
Every guest carries a status of invited, accepted, declined or no reply. About half of a typical guest list never responds, so the names in that last group are the most useful thing on the page.
Partial answers are visible before the deadline
You see the running total at any moment rather than a final tally at the end. Nothing is withheld until the event date or until a reply threshold is reached.
