Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using InviteDrop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
Use of Service
You may use InviteDrop only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Intellectual Property
The templates, designs, and content on InviteDrop are owned by us or our partner designers. You may use purchased templates for personal and commercial event invitations but may not resell or redistribute the templates themselves.
Payment and Refunds
Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Event Passes are one-time purchases for a single event with no recurring charge, and using InviteDrop never requires a subscription. If something went wrong with a purchase or your event, contact us at hello@invitedrop.com within 30 days of the purchase and a real person will review your request. Refunds are reviewed case-by-case; we do not issue automated refunds. This policy is also published in our Help Center.
InviteDrop Pro Subscription
InviteDrop Pro is an optional annual subscription (currently $249.99 per year, in U.S. dollars) that lets one host create unlimited events, each with up to 1,000 guests. It is entirely optional — you can keep using InviteDrop with free invites and one-time Event Passes without ever subscribing. If you subscribe, your subscription renews automatically each year at the then-current price, and the payment method on file is charged on each renewal date, until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or the billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals, and your Pro access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not provide automated or pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a subscription period; refund requests are reviewed case-by-case under our Payment and Refunds policy above. We will notify you of any change to the subscription price before it takes effect on a future renewal.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InviteDrop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the effective date.
